RE: Warrants are a 2:3 ratio - notFrom the way I see it it is 4:5 ratio "Each special warrant is exchangeable by the holder into one common share and one half-common share purchase warrant of the company for no additional cost." Takes 2 special warrants to get 1 share purchase warrant. "Two common share purchase warrants shall entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price equal to the issue price of the offering." Takes 2 share purchase warrants to get 1 common share 2X2=4. It takes 4 special warrants to get 1 extra common share. Ratio is 4:5
