Takes 2 special warrants to get 1 share purchase warrant.
"Two common share purchase warrants shall entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price equal to the issue price of the offering."
Takes 2 share purchase warrants to get 1 common share
2X2=4. It takes 4 special warrants to get 1 extra common share.
Ratio is 4:5
