RE: 2002..

RE: 2002..Only 2 things can push up share price from here: - sales - sell the company No contract = no additional revenue = share price to plummet Deal to sell company would provide artifical jump to shares Let's face it people. We are looking at about 25 million in revenue for next year. We had 60 million this last year. The only reason why we showed a profit this last year was because of the lawsuit. Remember our old jokes that UBS was changing it's business plan. Forget wireless, new plan is to sue everyone? Without that suit we were SOL. Expenses at UBS last year ran 22 million dollars - BEFORE COST OF GOODS AND WRITEDOWNS! With cost of goods running 2/3 of sales we are working on a major problem. We need 70 million in sales to break even. At 25 million in sales expect to run a 15 million dollar black hole. UBS management had indicated to various posters that they were expecting to use the 55 million in cash to hold them over through the tough spots. That means that they don't expect that UBS will earn it's own way in the upcoming year. No wonder!!!! They need that money to cover their coming losses. If anyone out their is counting money in bank as being the bottomline for share price then you better think twice. $55M looks good right now but it won't look good when it is only 40 million next year. Either we get big new VERY soon or this puppy is going downhill quickly. And the guidance effectively said non new CEO soon. No new products in the next few months. No sales on the horizon. We got very clear guidance - GET OUT
