As for the TSE, what if I said yes and for whatever reason, it did not occur. As you can see, I would be putting UBS in a terrible position, since I would now have to issue as release as to why it did not happen. That is why companies don't announce applications, because if not accepted, they must do a follow up announcement saying that they were denied. This is not good PR. Therefore, companies wait until there is actually news. Besides, the TSE does not like it when companies announce an application before it has been accepted. To even state that we are interested does investors no good, since being interested is a far cry from having a listing. Investors want to know that a company is listed, not that it has merely applied. Also, under selective disclosure rules, I cannot tell you anything that is not already in the public domain. Therefore, I cannot answer your question until we have been accepted for a listing.
I hope you understand. Just know that the BOD will do whatever is in the best interests of the company and all investors.
