RE:Another amended F-1/A Registration Statement I have been through this with other companies listing on nasdaq, normal course and amendments done until all paper work complies with the nasdaq listing requirements. It can take awhile, looks like about a week past archambaults predicted trading date.
I doubt we see any news until these new offerings close and trading begins on the nasdaq, just my thoughts of course.
