I have been through this with other companies listing on nasdaq, normal course and amendments done until all paper work complies with the nasdaq listing requirements. It can take awhile, looks like about a week past archambaults predicted trading date. I doubt we see any news until these new offerings close and trading begins on the nasdaq, just my thoughts of course.

To my understanding the company still needs shareholder approval for the reverse stock split. According to the provided information this will be done in written procedure once the registration for the nasdaq listing is approved. Any idea how long the process for the approval of the reverse stock split in written procedure will take? Thanks in advance

Actually kukaman it has been confirmed by the company that they do not need shareholder approaval, as the insiders have controlling interest. So whatever they decide along with Think equity as far as pricing and rollback that will be that. If we retail scum don't like it, too bad.

Shareholders are going to get screwed, but we are supposed to take comfort in knowing that the insiders will as well. What a complete joke this management team has proven itself to be, yet another company with a fantastic product line and technology that has incompetent management running the show.
