RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:March 17 NRI read it as if they'd likely need it to complete phase 1. So maybe not even until 1b completion. If guy can release news prior to taking money, he will. The structure of the money deal GREATLY improves if he can get the stock price up before taking a tranche.
