This will complete the needed Mexico/Canada transportation system the trucking industry requires. Construction on I-11 has begun in the Hoover Dam area using the new Pat Tillman bridge. Plans have been modified to extend Interstate11 from Tucson, AZ up through Las Vegas, NV tp Reno, NV.
I-11 is proposed to be a 'Smart and Future Support' Interstate with Charging stations for EV, Hydrogen fueling depots, etc. I-11 will be connecting to I-10 west of Phoenix in Buckeye, AZ which is “the” fastest area of growth in the metro Phoenix, AZ area. The two largest areas of this growth are Belmont (Bill Gates just invested 80 million dollars into this project) & Douglas Ranch, which when combined will have 380,000+ permanent residents. I-11 will be going thru and next to each development. Nikola trucks just announced they are building a 1 Billion dollar new next-generation Semi-Truck plant in Douglas Ranch. Nikola Trucks will be Hydrogen Electric with Lithium Battery block arrays.
