At most, this means just 20M shares dilution if oversubscribed by 15% (20% addition to the outstanding shares), and $10M in the kitty that pays for the Pilot Plant with money to spare. Plus also having a major institution behind us, puts CYP in the BIG LEAGUES right alongside LAC and even ALB. Who knows, it could be ALB that is *indirectly* buying up the shares via PI Financial! Whoever buys into the PP stands to more than DOUBLE their money with their shares averaging at $1.50 for every unit. I wouldn't expect the share price to drop much, if any tomorrow. Might actually SOAR!
