When financing comes out, we should see CYP moving towards a peer average above 4 dollars!

That's 7-8 times the money with current share price!

I've been thinking this question for a while. We all know that financing is coming.  We just don't know how.  If the financing comes through a JV I believe that is option #1.  Option number #2 is financing through some sort of private placement. We all know that a partner as long as they are a big name will have a huge impact on the stock price.  A private ...more

A JV would of course be the best. But even with a private placement, CYP would still be the best valued advanced lithium play in the world. I can't see this going much lower, as it's already is pushed down compared to peers in the sector. A private placement would still make sure that they're able to move on with the project, creating further value for the share holders. And the ...more

I'm just hoping for a JV.  However, The more this drags on the more it looks like PP. The company for a couple years have said they are looking for a partner and I believe we are the most advanced project without a partner.  To me it just throws up some red flags to why we don't have a partner.  if the project is as good as it looks we should have multiple choices for a ...more

Hi LithiumOne, First, I don't have any position in CYP, and have been watching it, and will continue to do so until PP is announced. JV is better option, however, there is Bad and Good JVs.  LAC sold (25% just forgot exact proportion) for 25 Millions $, that's bad JV.  PLL sells 1/3 its spondument concentrate to Tesla at FIXED PRICE, it's bad agreement.
