RE:RE:4-5 dollar next! A JV would of course be the best.
But even with a private placement, CYP would still be the best valued advanced lithium play in the world. I can't see this going much lower, as it's already is pushed down compared to peers in the sector.
A private placement would still make sure that they're able to move on with the project, creating further value for the share holders. And the value for money in CYP is already crazy high.
