I've been thinking this question for a while.

We all know that financing is coming.  We just don't know how.  If the financing comes through a JV I believe that is option #1.  Option number #2 is financing through some sort of private placement.

We all know that a partner as long as they are a big name will have a huge impact on the stock price.  A private placement do we see the stock price rise to our peers? or because the of the dilution and lack of partner do we stay stagnant or lower?
