I'm less worried about Harper, in a perfect world called Alberta he would cut all funding to bioenergy projects, but in Burnaby-Douglas where the plant is he only lost by 800 votes.
Lignol needs to tap into some of the oilsands greenwashing money, there seems to be a lot of it available but how would this work with the shareholder right's plan?
