Oil at $111

Oil at $111There is little doubt that we shall receive the requisite funding grants to carry us thru all of 2011 and into 2012.
Its almost certain that we shall meet all requirements  for the DOE funding of $28 million.

When such is announced, we shall be quickly above the $1 level.
