They are a very strong company and have announced superb earnings recently.
It would seem that they are going to more fully use their pulp residues by burning the lignin after-product which is rich in energy and thereby reduce operating costs.
Novozymes have a black liquor process and may be involved in the project.
It seems clear that LEC management wants this story to get out.
Its also known that they are seeking a dancing partner who can accelerate their production timelines and who can complement their lignin plans.
Haywood was also buying today but I dont think MacNeil has updated her research report yet.
