The non-cellulosic refineries are not profitable at oil less than $125 , and going to have to convert to cellulosic refining .
There are about 150 of these in the US and Canada.
Lignol is perhaps the best JV partner they could hope for , if the focus on value-added lignin derrivatives is successful.
Which appears to be the case , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,and we shall know soon enough in any event.
