Insider selling of this magnitude is not significant.
In any event, there is no statistical correlation between insider selling and subsequent share price.
Afterall, there are many reasons why one must sell ( holidays, divorce, estate transfers etc ) but none in which one must buy.
Most staff are on their summer holidays.
I remain invested for that break-out event and being fully funded into 2012, there is little prospect of undue dilution..
