Lignol is at the tertiary stage of its commercialization process and the next step will be one or more off-take agreements.
The DOE grant was initiated in 2008 when the situation was completely different , subsequent to which Lignol chose to focus on HP-L dervivatives with biofuel as a credit.
Its partners are mostly high quality bluechips and I am confident that we shall see the first offtake agreement before 2012.
As for insider selling, I see only David Lyall selling a few shares and crossing a few blocks that amount to peanuts of his full position.
