Since we haven't traded at
.07 in quite some time (if really much at all) that seller is likely engaging in a beautiful bit of "buy high sell low" strategy... ;) some fools buy, some fools sell.

Let me just say this: right now, if I had about $12M I'd have me a nice little company taken over and taken private. Ugh! So dirt cheap!
