People are generally slow to react to emerging story...They want evidence of everyone else buying first. LEC will need to do a financing to beef up working capital in the next 3-6 months. I think we will see a run-up in the shares prior to that, and you will see the Venture crowd getting stiffy when LEC moves over 20 cents...
