RE:RE:VolumeMarket appears to be reacting upon past patterns.  Sell in May etc.  I'll admit sector for past couple yrs favoured a downtrend throughout summer months until fall.  
Will history repeat itself?  Hard to say but it's starting out that way.  Only diff this year is legalization is happening.  Many of these companies are 2x+ in size and revenue growth from what they were a year ago.
In short, I'd back up the truck if N hit 1.25$ with the revenue and expansion plans they are doing.  Uplisting does put us in a different league as does sales license.  Enough to take us out of penny stock status (5$ and under ) who knows.  But auroras uplisting to tsx propelled it above penny stock status. And volume on acb today was huge compared to its peers.
