a reverse split would be a good thing

a reverse split would be a good thingI personally would not have a problem with a reverse split.  The value of the company is still there.  That doesn't go away or disappear.  There is very little speculation built into the SP right now and a large part of the share price rests squarely on the actual value of the company.  That will be reflected just as much in a post split scenario.  It very significantly tightens up the float,  It puts us quickly into the much much larger NASDAQ market .   I feel a company with only 68 million shares outstanding is more attractive to a new investor than a company with 275 million OS.
Most importantly it will let N respond to future unknown situations, ie buyouts of other companies for example, with a more valuable SP and less dilution.
N is in this to be a dominant force and this move will make them stronger and more nimble in the new and unknown world that is about to open up on a global scale.  That's right, we have barely even begun this journey and N is lean, intelligent, and about to get much stronger, both through organic growth and business acumen.
That's my two cents worth!
