Nothing will happen to your Venture listed shares, it is Canadian based. So keep holding.

Namaste will still be listed and trading on the Venture exchange. (If Namaste decides to uplist to the full TSX exchange then you also do nothing, it will auto convert your shares over and continue to trade.)

Nasdaq is US based and a separate ticker.
