RE:TD problems And I thought it was just me! I placed an order this morning a few seconds before open to buy warrants at 1.06. Warrants traded for about 8 minutes well below my bid but I was never filled even though I had confirmation that my order was placed. The worst part was I cancelled my order an hour later hoping to free up the money so I could trade with it. My original order was labelled 'pending cancel' and my funds were locked up. I spent 2.5 hours on hold to finally talk to a broker and he said he saw my order but could not find any follow up. I asked him when i would know if i was filled or not and when my funds would be available to trade and he said 1 to 3 business days.All in all I missed this great buy opportunity. this is about the fifth time this has happened but I don't know if it will be any better with another broker.
