Summary of the Business
The Company’s principal business is the distribution of vaporizers and accessories, social media and e-commerce, product design and manufacturing, and, with the receipt of the Distribution Licence by CannMart on September 21, 2018, the Company’s business includes the sale and distribution of dried cannabis and cannabis oils.
On September 21, 2018, Health Canada issued to CannMart, our wholly-owned subsidiary, the first ever sales-only distribution licence for activities related to the sale and distribution of dried cannabis flower and bottled cannabis oil under the ACMPR .
With the receipt of the Distribution Licence, the Company is focused on building out its distribution and sales capabilities for medical cannabis under its existing e-commerce platforms.
The Company will now be able to:
• sell both vaporizers and consumables from one location, making the Company a onestop-shop for medical cannabis consumers in Canada;
• market and brand medical cannabis products to its Canadian consumers;
• import medical cannabis from other countries to supply to CannMart patients;
• leverage its existing databases and site traffic using NamasteMD Inc. (“NamasteMD”) as a patient acquisition tool; and
• provide same day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area and next day delivery within Canada.
On May 18, 2018, the Company completed its acquisition of Findify, an e-commerce technology, platform delivering customized search, recommendations and advanced data analytics. Findify uses proprietary real-time algorithms to deliver a personalized e-commerce experience. Through its robust data collection and analytics capabilities, the platform analyzes user behaviors together with real-time product and category trends, to automatically and continuously display relevant products to online shoppers on an individual basis and in real-time.

Cannmart Announces Craft Cannabis Program with Cannabis Compliance Inc and Micro Cultivator Supply Agreement
Namaste Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its Craft Cannabis Program with its preferred regulatory partners, Cannabis Compliance Inc. The program is intended to provide support for craft cultivators who will apply for a micro-cultivator or micro-processor license under the Cannabis Act. Namaste’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannmart Inc. has initiated a program that offers both regulatory and financial support to Micro Cultivators in exchange for a Supply Agreement with the right of first refusal on 100% of their production. Cannmart will launch a Craft Cannabis section on its website that will offer patients access to a large variety of premium-quality cannabis products sourced from small-batch producers.

Cannmart signs Product Acquistion Agreement with AgMedica Bioscience
Namaste Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannmart Inc. has signed a product acquisition agreement (the “Agreement”) with AgMedica Bioscience Inc. whereby Cannmart will purchase medical cannabis from AgMedica to offer in its online platform. AgMedica is a licensed producer of medical cannabis under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations, who hold a cultivation and sales license.
