There is a lot of uncertainty in the market. Mj sector keeps growing daily yet that is eclipsed by daily events. Recent being the short attack on Apha. Have a feeling this latest attempt put too much of a spot light on the companies who profit from 'scare tactics'. Illegally legal, for now.
For N , I don't expect a plaintiff to come forward as it would be a weak case at best. Prove N caused the losses and not the offensive article.
