highlights:

No growth No future, buch of friends and investors running the company without any direction.

HR is the worst I've ever seen, but so is the leadership team. Will be surprised if the company survives. There's a history of poor execution of their projects and sub companies they've launched (they used to be called Namaste Technologies). Layoffs happen frequently, too many cooks in the kitchen, everyone passes the buck, no one makes decisions out of fear of failure and as a result, everything fails.

Pay is a lot below the average salary for this position, management does not give raises for over a year and expects employees to put more and more effort everyday.

Poor leadership, no employee development and poor recruiting, highly political decision-making.
