You're refering to Kaya?  What makes you think it's not strong?  They have been an LP since 2018 and it's already legal there.  Could easily be shipped and Jamacian ganja is well saught after.  Lennox Lewis was down there for a concert last winter.  There's a reason this team is together and yes there's risk like with any shell company, but it's not

I hear ya. I connected all of those dots. Im just thinking how long might this take? Will Kaya open above 40-50 cents. That is if this is the "shell company" for Kaya.

Well, because it's a merger and there won't be a material change if it is Kaya it will be a short halt with a name change.  So it will be what it's worth but because of the extremely small float and the shorter who will have to cover at some time, I honestly see about $2-$4 given this is an existing company and there's a very small float.
