RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lots of good fluff!It's an interesting take... I have done lots of O&G M&A's ... minerals (mining) is very new to me.
having said that, I have seen such manoeuvres in two cases (especially in an inflationary market situation):
1- A hostile takeover attempt.
2- Multiple offers.

Surely, there could be another reason.... but this PR, so close to the AGM, didn't mention anything about the remaining drill holes results.... which leads me to believe ... they already have them and showed them to potential buyer(s).

again, this is my first investment in mining.... I don't know the dynamics of an M&A in this realme.... let's see what the group thinks.
