The Company’s Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships, located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario, and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Company holds Twin Falls property, which is contiguous and lies west of the Ishkoday Project. The Company also holds a 100% interest in Jubilee-Elmhirst, and Beaurox. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

The most logical buyer is a company like Barrick.

They are looking to replenish reserves and LME is all "locked and loaded" and ticks off all the boxes in terms of what they would seek.

As previously stated, price will be al least $30-there is no way that Cynthia would sell for much less. That is why it is taking so long to announce a deal.

We will see who is right-hopefully in the not too distant future.
