RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Buyers I can't speculate as to where others are getting their numbers. In 2020 I emailed Laurion's PR with some questions and received an email from Roger Aquin offering a call.
During the call he indicated a likely buyout would be north of 2.5 billion dollars. At the time I think the float was just over 250 million shares so just under $10/share I won't say he was speaking on behalf of the company and I have been hesitant to source it as it was verbal and provided without supporting documentation.
Roger is not on the board, although at the time I think his company was being paid as part of their marketing efforts. I could be wrong on that. He is the second largest shareholder though, that he has said many times.
The follow up question, that I didn't ask..."how big will the float be by then?"
