RE:RE:RE:RE:My skeptical and optimistic takes on LME...Last year started about 4 before AGM the rumour a deal was going to be announced then was out. To me it seemed outlandish. Any company with a firm deal in place would wait 2 months, or one month or even two week before announcing, would taking on unreasonable amount responsibilities with insider trading issues. For sure that was the cause of the run up.

would it even be legal to announce at and AGM. Even if every shareholder was present. they are a public traded company. Has to be release to the public, not a private subgroup of shareholders et Al.

so that was the pump for sure , it was followed by a decent size dump.

what does give me comfort beside some of the early on drilling results, is the fact the F&F position seems to be growing. I read someone questioning that fact that they are up to 80%. As they themselves have published it, and people have based their investment decisions on it. They would probably be committing security fraud should they knowingly by lying.
