I would argue that over the last two years they have been maximizing shareholder and they will continue to do so until that work materializes in the form of a buyout. The share price is virtually irrelevant, it only represents a maximum of 7ish% of the shares open to the retail market, many of which are held by us longs. 

I think Cynthia absolutely would put together this fact sheet if she were in the middle of negotiations. Instead of replying to a dozen emails every morning having to answer the same questions over and over again from impatient investors why not take a portion of time and answer the common questions for everyone all at once. Now she can refer anyone who asks to the fact sheet and in turn she can focus her attention on the disposition of the company realizing maximum shareholder value.
