Thank you for your question.

I did not say that she was the sole source of mining expertise at LME.

What I did say was : 

"Since all of the leadership teams mining expertise rests solely on Cynthia - none of the current board members have any geological or mining industry expertise - the company is very highly reliant on her alone."

I did not include a LME Technical Board in my comments. Can you help is locate their names and qualifications as I cannot find a recent reference to them on the LME web page with their names, qualifications and scope of responsibilities.


I saw a LME press release from a few years ago referencing a technical advisory board but not sure if it is up to date and what if any authority or responsibility that this group may have. If such a group exists it would be helpful to indicate details about them on the corporate web page.

As per the firms you list - I understand that they are paid service providers to LME.

I am sure that they add value to any firm they provide services to but, they are not members of the LME leadership team.
