RE:RE:Previous BO Offer?

RE:RE:Previous BO Offer? For Steve to make this comment he would have to be on the very safe side for him to make. I think it was not advised but on the margin why go there. Steve is a spokeman for the compnay. Remember back in 2019 they fined elon musk 20 million and had him removed as CEO they would make 500k car in 2019 they only make 400k. Now we are not testla for sure and musk kinda of got himself attacted because of other out there comment.

Releasing false or misleading information, even if it's by the spouse of a CEO or any other individual, can potentially violate securities laws and regulations in Canada. Securities laws are designed to promote fair and transparent markets, and disseminating false or misleading information that can move the market is a serious violation of these laws. Such actions can be subject to legal consequences.

False or misleading information that has the potential to impact a company's stock price may be considered a form of securities fraud. Securities regulators, such as provincial securities commissions and the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), take a strong stance against fraudulent activities in the securities markets.

Consequences for releasing false or misleading information, whether intentionally or negligently, may include:

Regulatory Investigations: Regulatory authorities may investigate the individual responsible for spreading false information to determine if securities laws have been violated.

Civil Liability: Individuals who release false or misleading information may be subject to civil lawsuits from investors who suffered losses as a result of relying on that information.

Criminal Charges: In cases of intentional fraud, criminal charges may be brought against the individual responsible for spreading false information. Criminal penalties can include fines and imprisonment.

Fines and Penalties: If found guilty of violating securities laws, individuals may be subject to fines and penalties imposed by regulatory authorities.

It is crucial for individuals, including spouses of CEOs, to act responsibly and ethically when it comes to sharing information about publicly traded companies. Misrepresenting or spreading false information can harm investors and the integrity of financial markets, and such actions are taken seriously by regulators and law enforcement authorities. If there are concerns about the accuracy or legality of information, it is advisable to seek legal counsel and refrain from making any potentially false or misleading statements.
