Introduction

Hello LME shareholders and interested investors!

I have been following this forum for over four years now.  I haven’t participated in the commentary very often but have found that some postings can be very insightful and realistic while others can be emotional and quite personal in nature. As Steve said “I’ve always believed that forums like this are a wonderful reflection of the markets, it takes 2 sides to arrive at the destination.”

I first became a shareholder of LME over 7 years ago. I have been acquiring and holding shares all along and I am as bullish about this stock today as I have been at anytime over 7 years. I have been following and investing in the junior exploration and mining space for over 20 years so this isn’t my “first rodeo.”  In 2019 I had the privilege to take a trip to the Ishkoday with a small group of investors and the LME team. We spent a whole day touring the property and witnessing evidence of gold on the surface of several exposed outcroppings. I will be the first to admit that I am no geologist but I saw with my own eyes the presence of mineralization that is akin to an orogenic gold deposit. Even though I had acquired a significant amount of shares prior to attending this exclusive tour, this “show and tell” experience solidified my confidence in my investment of this exciting junior exploration company. More importantly I had the opportunity to see Cynthia in action and watch her passionately tour us from one end of the property to the other in her rubber boots while hammering rock and exposing small chunks of gold. It was fascinating and revealing all at the same time. This is the moment when I realized that this wasn’t a “fly by night” junior exploration company. The Ishkoday was once explored and mined almost one hundred years ago during the gold rush of the 1930’s. That makes this company a brownstone exploration opportunity with not one but two existing mines. I saw with my own eyes the entrance to the Quebec Sturgeon River Gold Mine that produced 73,322 ounces of gold, and 15,929 ounces of silver from 1936 to 1942. This unique investor experience gave me unwavering confidence in Cynthia, her team, and the Ishkoday property.

As you can imagine, exploring a property in Northern Ontario is complicated and time consuming.  Cynthia is dedicated to creating shareholder value and understands how shareholders are informed but also how shareholders are feeling.  She needs to focus on the “task at hand” and my role is to be a point of communication for the company and for Cynthia while listening to the concerns and feelings of shareholders.

I will only check this forum a couple times a day and will do my best to respond when necessary.

As Steve stated in his initial thread please follow these two simple ground rules:

  1. Be kind.  There have been some extremely rare occasions where kindness has not ruled here.  Such is life on the internet.  Anything impolite, I'll ignore.
  2. Regulations always apply.  There are some extremely relevant and important questions that have answers but cannot be disclosed.  Those regulations must be followed at all times.

These are very exciting times to be a gold mining investor but even more exciting to be a junior gold exploration investor. We are entering the acquisition phase of the current gold super cycle and I believe LME is positioned perfectly as an acquisition target. Be patient, the wheels are turning, let’s allow the process to happen.

Have a fantastic day!
