Any ideas why the volume was so low today ? Are we almost there for an announcement....

No one wants to sell and those who have the means to buy already have allocated as much as they can to this stock. I'd like to think an announcement involving the next chapter, under a new owner, is just around the corner for the Ishkoday. That said, this stock is no stranger to swings between days with huge amounts of volume and days with virtually no volume.

I'm not sure about an imminent new owner but we should all be excited by the constant stream of confirmation that this property is full of things that make it valuable.   We haven't seen much in the way of confirmation about the ultimate direction of the corporation and certainly the references to a buyout have been vague at best but that's the only outcome that works for

I think it is pretty clear that they want to sell. I don't think you are going to get anything more "overt" regarding a sale without having a PR after trading hours or a cease trade. At that stage, it will be too late to sell your shoes to buy more stock.

It absolutely will be too late Matlas! When it happens it will happen fast and we will most likely not have any more warning than we do at this present time. Imagine being the guy who has a sell order for .70, $1 or even $2 and misses news of a halt or PR before they can pull their sell order. I'm sure someone will be happy to take those shares on the cheap! When the buyout PR is released

Yes, that guy would be like the last man killed in a war! That is just the kind of scenario, as I theorized, that the LME was concerned about when they put wording on website and other places that they were a takeover target, and things could change on short notice. They don't want guys like that to launch a lawsuit against LME board for inadequate disclosure,

I don't agree.  I think you'll see much more disclosure than we've had as opposed to an announcement out of nowhere.  Cynthia is cautious above all else.  I think you'll see indications of disposition that ramp up to big news.   Good news for people who don't own any shares or don't own enough.  If you miss that indicator.... you were

What kind of disclosure are you indicating? Between the esg company they have hired, the magnetic survey, DRA studies complete...what more would you be looking for?  I feel like they have said all they can without a news release stating "we are pleased to announce that we are selling soon, buy now!" but interested to hear what you would expect as more disclosure.

An overt declaration that they are in the process of selling or are actively engaged with buyers.

I don't think you're going to get that. I think what you'll see is a PR involving a solicited offer. LME data is available to any credible potential suitor, they are actively engaged with buyers. I don't know how else you can explain the rush geological aurvey they just conducted, it is completely opposite to how Lme has conducted business to this point, Cynthia is very Calculated

Another short movie just posted on LinkedIn by Cynthia.    More breadcrumbs.  Again.  They have said it a lot.   Positioned as an acquisition target.  Don’t know why any would sell there shares now.   Getting closer everyone!!!

For sure. But we don't know whether BO could be announced tomorrow or a couple of months from now. So, if LaurionLong risks selling his shoes to buy more stock, he may have to go around in sox for a while until he can afford to buy new shoes.

May be worth going around in socks for a while haha Depending on how strong you mix the kool aid one pair of shoes today is worth ten (or many, many more) pairs of shoes when the Ishkodays aquisition chapter has concluded. OK, but all joking aside, what do you think is so significant or new about the video. Basically just includes facts that are well known and reiteration of the often repeated statement that positioned as an acquisition target.

To me it's the production style of the video that stands out differently. Previous videos showcased a slideshow type of video showing the day to day ongoing's at Ishkody. Maybe some nice pictures and short videos strung together. This new video from this morning looks more like an "advertisement" for investors / aquirers and It almost reads like a PR.

To be honest this video does nothing. It's low production value and just seems like it was made with Adobe Final Cut / Windows Movie Maker (same with all of the others). It doesn't state anything we don't already know. I hate to play Devil's Advocate but it's giving off a desperate feel. Why are they spending time and money on something like this if they supposedly have suitors

I think one needs to ask why are they releasing the video at all. I believe that they have suitor(s) at the table, but even if I didn't believe that, I don't think that they would release this thinking that they will attract suitors that way. I am sure that all the key poeople in the business who would be potential suitors know very well about LME and what it has to offer and could get

I think this is for shareholders for sure. No buyer is going to make a decision based on a video on LinkedIn.  What's significant is the continuation of the transition from geological exploration to financial transaction.   the language used is deliberate and specific as opposed to version 1.0 which was more "enhance shareholder value" vs this which is "sell the
