I believe that they have suitor(s) at the table, but even if I didn't believe that, I don't think that they would release this thinking that they will attract suitors that way. I am sure that all the key poeople in the business who would be potential suitors know very well about LME and what it has to offer and could get private access to data if they want.

In addition, I don't think they are looking to atract more investors-they have lots of cash.

My guess it is to try to keep the troops like us happy with getting something somehwhat updeat while we wait for the PR with the BO. I cannot think of any other reason. 

BTW-if you look at Roger's FB page, you will see that he credits the production of the video to two significant shareholders.
