I think this is for shareholders for sure. No buyer is going to make a decision based on a video on LinkedIn.  What's significant is the continuation of the transition from geological exploration to financial transaction.  


the language used is deliberate and specific as opposed to version 1.0 which was more "enhance shareholder value" vs this which is "sell the company.  


Keep in mind Cynthia and Roger have really close to enough shares to vote for or against anything and they're related to enough shares to lock that down.  

 

bottom line, if she wants to sell it's getting sold and she just said out loud that she wants to sell a number of different times.  


the remaining mysteries are timing and valuation, not whether or not this buyout is coming.  Only strategy that makes sense in that case is to own as many shares as you can every day until you can't own shares anymore.
