Hmmm Steve never answered yesterday.   MIA or as per PR dated Aug 22nd, maybe he has called in by LME as it stated in PR “other stragic capital market advisory services”    Could he be there independent advisor.

Not much for him to say on the AGM topic.  As has been stated, The AGM is really just a formal presentation of the past year and forecast of future profit/loss. The only news release after these meetings is the vote count for the directors and share compensation and who the auditors will be. It's business as ussual until it isn't. Premier had their AGM weeks before buyout announced

I leave you all alone for one day!...... lol.. The AGM prep that was submitted for review and approval by the Exchange has a framework that, once approved, is pretty much locked in.  Anything material IF it comes up would have to be and will be dealt with entirely separately from the AGM. In line with what I posted earlier. The AGM is an important marker for all public companies
