Just love it! My totally unverifiable optimistic take on this: This is 100% to benefit certain F&F and of no real benefit to LME. LME did not need the $$$ from the original subscription, and it certainly does not need this additional amount. Dillution has gone from about 1.5% to about 2%. I think the news is positive this morning.  However, Matlas you are assuming LME doesn't need the cash.  That might be true today, but perhaps and maybe LME could use the cash down the road to continue a drill program because a BO is still a ways a way.  I am not convinced to PP is only to reward a family member or friend.  Not trying to be negative still just skeptical

More than a theory in my view.   If raising capital was to match drilling you'd see a drilling program to match that expanded capital. The drilling program this year is targeted, informed and on new territory but expansive it is not.
