I am long this company for now but see 0 reasons for this to go up at this time with little work going on. In my 33 years of owning and running a company in the US we pulled off about 3 jobs and i can say with great experience you only pull off when the negotiations are getting exhausted or done why would you pull off any sooner if your about to reach a deal !!!
