RE:RE:RE:RE:News Release

RE:RE:RE:RE:News Releasebraindeadoldguy:

I stand to be corrected, but am wondering out loud if in fact they have to report holes that don't have any grade to report.  I seem to remember that with FSX, golden mountain did not report all holes either.  There is a cut off point.  No sure about this, but this news release is a great starter for LVX.  It's time to add a few shares.

(d) specific details of any unusual or non-standard sampling, preparation or analytical procedures must be made by the Issuer and must include results of a duplicate set of samples processed by industry standard procedures for comparative purposes.

(e) the disclosure must clearly distinguish between new and previously issued information. Complete disclosure of check assay results is not required. The Issuer must, however, disclose the nature of the check assay program and whether the results are confirmatory.

(f) the disclosure of selective results is prohibited. If, for example, six holes are drilled and three return mineralization of interest, details of all six holes must be released, including location, direction, geological formations encountered, etc., so as to provide the reader with as complete a picture as possible as to the nature of the prospect.

(g) the reporting of gross metal value is not acceptable.

(h) estimates of quantity and grade, or quality of mineralization must not be reported unless supported by assay results. (i) an announcement of a planned work program must briefly describe the proposed program, the estimated cost and timetable of the program, and whether the Issuer has funds available to complete the program.

Leviathan mentioned they had completed two holes in the Feb 24 2021 news release, and that they were targetting 200 meter depth for the third hole ..... so it would make sense that they sent out samples of the first three holes soon after drilling, cutting, and logging were completed which in all likelihood would have been early March. Give the lab 6 - 8 weeks for assaying and return and review by company management to put together a news release with the data ... seems about right time frame ... Leviathan stated they had 11 holes complete for 1876 meters, so we should anticipat subsequent news as assay results start compin back from the lab, Depends on when the core samples were sent in ... all at once, or maybe just another 3 or 4 at a time.

I do recall that Fosterville South seemed to bury some of the remaining holes that they had stated they were waiting for in their Dec 18 2020 news, and were not reported until FSX issued those additional drill results on March 10 . Four of those diamond drill holes had basically nothing of interest.

So in a nutshell.... yes assay results from all drill holes have to be reported.
