RE: Uranium PropertiesIt appears that the company is going to sell the U properties to a newly incoporated sub, probably on a tax deferred basis. In exchange for the properties, MAT will own all the shares of the sub.
The big question is what MAT will do afterwards. Will they spin the shares of the sub out to MAT shareholders? Will they try to take the sub public? Will they sell all or a portion of the shares of the sub and focus on their other properties? Your guess is as good as mine.
