Your gut feeling is an assumption with merit. Look at this outfit with upwards of 200 companies in their portfolio constantly expanding. The fundamentals of MAT or any of the others on their vast list of holdings mean little to nothing to them. A steady cash flow is what drives Consolidated International. Every company on their list is affected by their hunger for cash. MAT performs well so they sell a small quantity of their MAT holdings. The first thing the manual on inside sellers will tell you is never be alarmed by insider sales until you first determine the motivation behind them. Call investor relations if any of this is of further concern to any of you.
