Your remark made me look at my account as I have paid no attention to Plank (or Mobio for that matter).

I see that my big 225 shares of Plank (no value ever) became 36 shares on February 10 with a 1 for 6.25 consolidation. What are a couple of sayings regarding that "The apple does not fall far from the tree". or "Like father, like son".

They issue shares as a spinoff and those shares sit untradeable for a couple of years and what is the first action they take? Consolidate the numbers. Wow! Fantastic management! My Mobio shares were consolidated so much I have virtually nothing left - so between the two of them if Plank ever does get to trade I might get as much as a case of beer and then even get a deposit fee back on the empties. This has been a great ride. Classic Venture Exchange non-investing.
