just got off the phone with empower Clinic in Etobicoke. They still are not scanning and will definitely not take walk-ins. You must be a patient in order to access the scanning service. Again not quite the great partnership and very far behind in the pilot process. This will take years to get a return on investment By now it's clear.... Crystal that Sylvain isn't listening to it's investors at all...
