May 16, 2023 — Magnum Gold Corp. (TSXV:MGI) has announced a private placement for C$700,000 which will be put towards its LH Property.

Seems they couldn't raise any where near the $700K they planned to raise. CEO sold shares at 4 cents a few months ago and bought shares w/ warrants at 3 cents. Just brutal.

Maybe someone approached them on a joint venture or potential partner equity position, could be a scenario. Grades are good , nice land package in BC Canada. Drill permit ready..

It is odd this is all they could raise at these very low valuations. Maybe there is something else coming? If so get on with it.
