It is odd this is all they could raise at these very low valuations. Maybe there is something else coming? If so get on with it.

Maybe someone approached them on a joint venture or potential partner equity position, could be a scenario. Grades are good , nice land package in BC Canada. Drill permit ready..

Seems they couldn't raise any where near the $700K they planned to raise. CEO sold shares at 4 cents a few months ago and bought shares w/ warrants at 3 cents. Just brutal.
