RE: RE: RE: RE: I'm Buying at these levels...Hi Flintstone,
In regards to your production numbers, we have to consider the following:
1.Q/2011 1036onces 1100tpd 1,4Mio$ (at 1350$/Unze) (Relates to Q2 of FY2011)
2.Q/2011 1600onces 1700tpd 2,5Mio$ (at 1500$/Unze) (Relates to Q3 of FY 2011)
3.Q/2011 4000onces 2400tpd 6,4Mio$ (at 1650$/Unze) (Relates to Q4 of FY2011 - and although 4000 ounces were produced, less was sold. I calculated revenues of around $4M - $5M, with potential upside).
So, Fiscal 2011 would show sales figures that are less than actual production numbers. Heading into Fiscal 2012, I would be hopeful that Majestic can achieve your forecast in Q1 - and with the unsold gold produces in Q4 of FY2011, they just may. It will be interesting to see come Feb 28th when Q1 is released)
4.Q/2011 7000onces 4100tpd 11,2Mio$ (at 1700$/Unze) (Relates to Q1 of FY2012)
Either way, Fiscal year 2012 will be exponentially better than FY2011, both from a top line Revenue and bottom line perspective. Majestic is on the cusp of some great things. Check out the trajectory of Gold production (and the relationship to sales.

Also, the question about the $1.9M in the presentation does not include the $9M that is in their Chinese acct. It only reflects their Canadian acct.
Cheers,
