Malaco Mining Sdn Bhd could call a special meeting, and use their power share block, to do what ever they wanted. The only way out for shareholders would be by using the "Dissenting Shareholder's Power", and take a buy out.
If we could find a "white knight".... this party would have to go into the market to purchase shares on the open market, and to achieve this, .... it would cost them a pretty penny..... as most of us would sell into the market as the share price rises.
